• Notice Period:
  Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Late Cancellations:
  Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. Alternatively, this may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, if one was made.

• No-show Policy:
  If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, the late cancellation policy will apply.
