With over two decades of healthcare experience, I've firsthand encountered the limitations of conventional medicine. In 2011, frustrated by my son's recurrent ear infections and the lack of lasting solutions from healthcare professionals, I began a journey to find better alternatives.

Exploring holistic practices, I discovered the profound impact of natural remedies, herbs, diet, and an active lifestyle on myself and my family’s health. The more benefits I saw, the more I realized I had to share it with others.

UR Royalty Cancellation Policy

At UR Royalty Med Spa, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To maintain the highest standards and ensure the efficient management of our schedule, we adhere to the cancellation policy outlined below:

  • Notice Period:
    Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late Cancellations:
    Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. Alternatively, this may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, if one was made.

  • No-show Policy:
    If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, the late cancellation policy will apply.
